OpenSearchServer concurrency

Hi Emmanuel,

While working on MCF 2.0, I discovered that the OpenSearchServer connector
permits only one document to be uploaded at a time to any given
OpenSearchServer instance/endpoint.  Is this still necessary?  Such a
restriction will make MCF very slow compared to what is possible, I believe.
