   ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
   
   OM logs are redirected to files in OM HA test, because OM is run as daemon.  This change collects such log files to be able to debug any failures.

   ## How was this patch tested?
   
   Acceptance test passed: https://github.com/adoroszlai/hadoop-ozone/runs/551874700
   
   Verified that `acceptance.zip` contains OM log files, too:
   
   ```

   hadoop-hadoop-om-246ba96dd3ec.out.2   OK
   hadoop-hadoop-om-246ba96dd3ec.out   OK
