Alex Ott updated MAHOUT-723:
----------------------------

    Description:
the NUM_CLUSTERS_OPTION isn't handled correctly in the FuzzyKMeansDriver, so it leads to NPE when running fuzzy k-means clustering through command-line tool with following command:

bin/mahout fkmeans -i reuters-vectors/tfidf-vectors/ -c reuters-fkmeans-centroids -o reuters-fkmeans-clusters -dm org.apache.mahout.common.distance.SquaredEuclideanDistanceMeasure -x 10 -cl -k 21 -cd 1.0 -m 3 -ow
