Exception: Could not close the file

When trying to parse with a schema, which does exist in the current
directory, I get this exception.

XMLPlatformException
Line: 0 Char: 0
Message: Could not close the file

Any ideas why this is happening?

It was a silly error in the end, I had an include in the XSD file to a file
which didn't exist
