If you edit a build configuration and save the browser keeps loading the page until it times out. I have not seen this behavior on other hudson servers.
The page is actually saved so this is a minor annoyance

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request POST /hudson/job/Empire-DB reports2/configSubmit.
Reason: Error reading from remote server

This is a known problem and related to the number of builds we run (turns out that for each build configuration save, Hudson will twice check every build for dependencies for every other build). A bug has been reported to the Hudson devs:
