mod_proxy/2926: Can't access some cgi's

There is serious problem accessing some cgi's with the apache-proxy. 
Everything is ok if i use a different proxy (CERN).
With apache i got a 404 File not Found Error. There is also no problem if i access the script directly with telnet server 80 ...
