FYI: Protocol Buffers gained C# support

Hi,

while browsing NuGet, I found a package for Protocol Buffers I haven't
seen before[0]. The project site for that NuGet[1] mentions that it has
been merged into the protocol buffer main repository [2]. It only
supports the (upcoming) version 3 of protobuf, though. Still, we should
probably keep an eye on that development.
