What does this have to do with James?  If you have questions, please use the mailing lists.  JIRA is for reporting defects, things to do, new feature requests, etc., but it is not a discussion medium.

The answer to your question is documented in RFC 2821 section 4.1.3.  An example would be postmaster@[127.0.0.1]
