[PR] ci: backport JBang logging file appender and --java flag fix [camel]

## Summary
Backport of a5a68ff6dc4 from main. Fixes 8 of 9 JBang IT test failures on 4.18.x:
- **log4j2-no-color.properties**: Add missing file appender. Non-TTY environments (Docker/CI) use this config which only had a console appender. Tests calling `checkLogContains()` read `~/.camel/<pid>.log` which was never written, causing timeout failures in CmdStartStopITCase (3 tests) and RunCommandOnMqttITCase (2 tests)
- **Run.java / ExportBaseCommand.java / KubernetesRun.java**: Add `--java` alias for `--java-version` and use `--java=` when invoking jbang. The `--java-version` flag is not recognized by jbang, causing failures in RunCommandITCase (2 tests) and VersionCommandITCase (1 test)
