   Per Helm best practices (https://github.com/helm/helm/blob/master/docs/chart_best_practices/templates.md), to enable multiple deployments of a Chart in the same Kubernetes namespace, all Names must be unique to a release.  One way to achieve this  is to always include {{ .Release.Name }} as a prefix or suffix of the :name field of the Resource.
