Copy rows or insert rows

Im having problems copying rows from an other file, the data works fine,
but getting cellstyle dosen't work at all. Can anyone hand me a simple
code example?

Is it possible to insert a row instead of createing it? Like if I insert a
new row on row 10, the old row would turn to 11 and old 11 would turn to
12 and so one. That would be help me alot...
