mvn compile plugin is broken?

Hi guys,

seems the current version of our maven compiler plugin is just broken.

basically it always recompile the whole module (before it was recompiling
the diff):

[INFO] Changes detected - recompiling the module!


Do you have it too?

i get it almost always on openejb-core (and that's a pain since it is a big
module)
