How can I contribute to Apache Docs

   Hi documentation team, 

My name is Sidney Doria, I'm brazilian and work in a governmental 
institution. I'm a network administrator. I have some experience in 
Windows/UNIX integration and I have developed some solutions on these OS. 
I'm HP-UX certified administrator, MCSE and MCT. Currently my 2nd and 3th 
languages are English and German. So, my interestings about Apache 
Documentation Project are: 

 - Translate FAQs to Portuguese(Brazilian); 
 - Translate Configuration Guide to Portuguese(Brazilian);
