apachecon.eu redirect at the moment to LF.

If possible (and not a big job), then I would like it to be a site parallel to apachecon.com. There is no need for CMS, just svn and html.

I can take care of making the directory if there is agreement where it should be. It is important that the directory is running first, so we do not loose hits.

We start on apacheCON EU next week April 26, so it would be nice if we could have in place before that.
