[CANCEL] [VOTE] Release of Apache Gearpump-0.8.1-incubating [RC0]

Hi Gearpump Community

We discovered problems related to headers inserted by the RAT tool that
caused failures within angular templates. Angular templates require a
single root element. We will re-issue a vote based on RC1 once we correct
these problems.
