Recent SVN outage - no HC commit mails lost

The recent system disk issues on the SVN master meant that some commit
e-mails were lost.

The commits themselves were OK; it is just the mails that went missing.

As it happens, there were no HC commits on or around Dec 3rd.
I have checked the commits mail archive against the history, and all
the commit mails were received.
