Uploaded ambari-web part to revert back to 1.2.5.
This does not revert patches committed to fix certain issues on top of 1.2.5.
Namely:
* AMBARI-3269: Incorrect indication of paging for "Jobs" page 
* AMBARI-2758: Jobs page: table is not striped and pagination is not disabled
