Spanish translation update

Here I am attaching a patch with a few corrections I have made on the Spanish
translation of Apache's error pages. 

The language used is Castilian Spanish, formal style and the patch is based on
trunk.

Could anyone take a look at it? Thanks!

Would it not be better to use UTF-8 for this, and rid the translation of all
the entities? I see all except 2 languages already uses UTF-8?
