[PR] Cleanup download script usage in BSPs [mynewt-core]
kasjer opened a new pull request, #3773:

This PR unifies BSP download usage for STM32 devices so actual download tool can be selected in target
- For STM32 BSP all local to bsp download scripts are removed, some of them were not even used since BSP was already using common one
- All STM32 BSP use common download.sh script
- All leftover .cmd files are now removed (not only from STM devices)
