   Added 'Stream' drop down yes/no selection field to Generate ISO form. This field is required by the UI, but optional to the API. The behavior is as follows:
   
   If 'No': as before, URL will be returned to download ISO written to disk on TO host. Updated URL to be the FQDN of the instance in which the mkisofs command was run, rather than to.base_url from cdn.conf, which was causing problems in HA environments.
   
   If 'Yes': ISO will be streamed directly instead of written to disk on host. This option is compatible with using a custom 'generate' script.
