[Bug 123357] Display guides invisible

I reproduced the described behavior under Windows 7 64bit on various OpenOffice
version as well.

But this is not a defect, because until you have not created a 'guide' none can
be visible.
To create a 'guide' the rulers have to be active (menu View - Ruler). Click on
one of the rulers and drag a 'guide' into the slide
--> resolving as NOTABUG
