[DISCUSS] Change the default maximum JVM heap size from 8GB to 64GB

Hi,

After discussing with Xiangdong and Jialin, we find a lot of our users run IoTDB on the machine with relative large memory size. 
Therefore, the current default maximum JVM heap size seems a little bit small.

Because of this, I submitted a PR[1] to change that size from 8GB to 64GB. 
Please share your idea about it. Thanks.
