[ANNOUNCE] new committer: Yiming Xu

Hello Kylin developers,

The Project Management Committee (PMC) for Apache Kylin
has invited Yiming Xu (许益铭, mail: 100650920@qq.com, apache id: liuying) to
become a committer and we are pleased
to announce that he has accepted.

In the past years, Yiming made some significant contributions to the Kylin
4.x development, for example: a) a new build engine based on Spark, b) auto
parameter tuning for Spark build engine, c) a distributed global
dictionary, etc. Besides, he also made several contributions to Kylin 2
development:

Being a committer enables easier contribution to the
project since there is no need to go via the patch
submission process. This should enable better productivity.

Let's warmly welcome Yiming Xu as a Kylin committer!
