[PR] refactor: jsf.d.ts [myfaces-tobago]

henningn opened a new pull request, #5430:

   * add Options interface to meet Faces 4.0 spec
   * use Option.params, adjust TypeScript files
   * update TS-Lint rules to match Options interface
   * simplify request()
   * add return type void for addOnEvent() and addOnError()
