uploading the nutch war file
hello,
I'm using this guide to install Nutch:
http://www.mybizguard.com/mediawiki/index.php/Nutch_Search_Engine
and I'm blocked in this step:
Use the tomcat manager to load the .war file:
Tomcat Manager --> Select WAR file to upload --> Browse --> /home/nutch-nightly/nutch-nightly.war --> Upload
can you simplify it to me please, I need to know how to upload the war file using tomcat( I need simple steps to do that).

Have you enabled the tomcat manager application at all?
If not, see
http://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-5.0-doc/manager-howto.html
There are easier ways to deploy a war file, anyway.

hi,
I know it is may be stuped, but can you show me how to load the nutch war file using tomcat manager i didn't find it. in fact I'm not familiar with this.

Because you cannot do that, you have to load the .war file with tomcat
