New release of blueprint ?

Hi all,

In Karaf, due to issues in blueprint 0.4.0, we use 0.4.1-SNAPSHOT 
release for Aries Blueprint (and Aries Proxy).

Around the same topic, we use Aries Blueprint CM 0.3.3-SNAPSHOT and 
Aries Util 0.5-SNAPSHOT.

What do you think about cutting off a new release of util and blueprint ?
