I've called the attribute "reuseloadedstylesheet" - better names are appreciated.

I think optimize doesn't cut it, as we are not optimizing anything - we do what
the API allows us to do.

Please try a nightly build after 2002-11-15 to verify that it works for you.
Alternatively you can build Ant from sources and check out CVS HEAD.
