Re: AuthorizationException on running a oozie job

Posted by Suresh S <sa...@gmail.com>.
Error: E0902 : E0902: Exception occured: [java.net.ConnectException:
Call to localhost/127.0.0.1:54310 failed on connection exception:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused]

Thanks Matt,
This is due to hostname resolution only,
actually it's not accepting the hostname and localhost. Strangely,
when I deleted a file in HDFS it has given me the "hostname.local"
replacing this new value in job.properties, as well as core-site.xml
resolved the issue.

Thanks.
Suresh S

Are you using capacity scheduler or some other and then is oozie user
allowd in default list's acls ? Also check if hdfs has read and write
permission for that user.
