## What\nFixes SOLR-18214 by making optional in the v2 configset clone/create API path.\n\nWhen is omitted, the API now uses (matching documented behavior and v1 mapping semantics).\n\n## Changes\n- In , resolve omitted/empty to .\n- Use the resolved value consistently for existence validation and command payload construction.\n- Add focused unit test for defaulting behavior:\n - \n- Add SolrCloud integration coverage for the real v2 request path:\n - \n\n## Validation\nRan in Docker (JDK 21):\n- \n- \n\nResult: (56 tests, 1 skipped for selected test scope).
