Had no luck trying 
gnu.mail.util.QPInputStream or com.sun.mail.util.QPDecoderStream or
org.apache.commons.codec.net.QCodec.decode or
org.apache.commons.codec.net.QuotedPrintableCodec.decodeQuotedPrintable

is there really no class to do this?
