> In the loadOMClientConfigs, the OmFailoverProxyProvider initializes internal structures for proxies based on service id, and node id. At one time the loadOMClientConfigs was called with the Ozone Configuration from which a collection of omServiceIds was used to configure the proxies. Now, the interface has been updated to be called with a single service id, omSrvId.
> This issue is to clean up the code that uses the omServiceId to configure the proxies. Changing iterating over an unnecessary collection of omServiceIds to using just the single service id the routine is called with.
