   In the cluster mode with version 2.4.0, the command to add_backup_policy shows success,backup to local.

   Querying the cold backup strategy shows the start and end time of cold backup, but the corresponding directory file is not found locally.

   How to solve this？

   After a while, there will be a directory file, but it seems that some information is missing, and the following error will be reported when running the restore_appcommand.
