[GitHub] incubator-trafficcontrol pull request #487: if primary parent list is empty ...

GitHub user dg4prez opened a pull request:

    https://github.com/apache/incubator-trafficcontrol/pull/487

    if primary parent list is empty use secondary

    This moves the contents of the secondary parent list to the primary parent list and empties the secondary list if the primary cachegroup is empty - no servers or servers are offline. This prevents an empty parent='' situation from happening.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/dg4prez/incubator-trafficcontrol secondary_to_primary

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/incubator-trafficcontrol/pull/487.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    This closes #487
