Try 4.1.31 or better yet a 5.x release.  4.1.18 is ancient and hundreds of bug 
fixes have been made to the code since it was released.  Unless you can 
conclusively prove this is a Tomcat but againast 4.1.31, please don't reopen 
this issue.  Thanks.
