This lets anyone easily bring up a working Rya and play with SPARQL in an interactive web based workbench.
No cluster required!

Regarding the README file:
It is currently here -- easy to read detailed instructions:

The readme.md was a little hard to find in the source folder -- should it be in the sub-project root?  "extras/vagrantExample" ?
