[jira] Created: (INFRA-2705) Please add FreeBSD & Solaris buildbots
for Traffic Server
Please add FreeBSD & Solaris buildbots for Traffic Server
---------------------------------------------------------
Key: INFRA-2705
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-2705
Project: Infrastructure
Issue Type: New Feature
Security Level: public (Regular issues)
Components: Buildbot
Reporter: Leif Hedstrom
Priority: Trivial
We would like to extend our buildbot coverage for Traffic Server with setups for Solaris and FreeBSD. The build process should be the same as for Linux, as long as the required libraries are available. Some details for building is available at
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/TS/Building
It would be great to get both 'trunk' and 'branches/2.0.x' building on these systems, but trunk is more important if there are resource constraints. This is not an urgent request in any way, our buildbot for Linux has us covered for most cases.
