[PR] refactor(security): move security configs to dedicated package [solr-mcp]

## Summary
- Rename `McpServerConfiguration` → `HttpSecurityConfiguration` (more descriptive of its purpose)
- Move `HttpSecurityConfiguration` and `MethodSecurityConfiguration` from `org.apache.solr.mcp.server.config` to a dedicated `org.apache.solr.mcp.server.security` package
## Test plan
- [x] `./gradlew build` passes with no regressions
