Summary: [TTL]The TTL execution in the log deletes the tsfile time unit is wrong
                 Key: IOTDB-4659
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IOTDB-4659
             Project: Apache IoTDB
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Core/TsFile
    Affects Versions: 0.13.3
            Reporter: xiaozhihong
            Assignee: Haiming Zhu
         Attachments: image-2022-10-16-16-31-34-332.png, image-2022-10-16-16-31-54-595.png

The time precision is set to ns, but the default execution time of TTL is ms. When the file is deleted, the display in the log does not match the actual.
