This change removes empty lines fro test .out files on Windows. When creating new test on Windows the .out and submitting patches with these new .out files, the Apache autobuilder will run the tests on Linux and find diffs, as we painfully discovered with HIVE-4850. I have HIVE-5576 tracking that problem, I just found out is caused by this check in.
