quick intro to front end code

Hi,

Can someone quickly just point me to the important source code files for
the front end piece, which I could start looking at to get a better picture
of how front end code is arranged. Eventually maybe once I get the entire
picture can document the same.

Thanks,
Sandeep

Awesome, thanks a lot. This is exactly on the lines of what would help me
to get started quickly. I will also add to the same as and when I explore
the code. I second peicheng's comment something similar on agent and server
side would be really helpful.

Hi Sandeep,
Thanks for taking time to contribute to the Ambari project.

Since what you have asked is a very important question for developers, I
have created a new Ambari Code
Layout<https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/AMBARI/Ambari+Code+Layout>page
on Ambari Wiki. This is an attempt to familiarize developers with the
code structure in Ambari.

Please go through it, and give us your feedback on where it can be
improved.
Hoping to learn from your pain points and make contributing to Ambari
easier.
Regards,
Srimanth
