JIRA AXIS2C-1619 SSL/TLS hostname validation

Hello,

Can someone familiar with the Axis2/C SSL/TLS code please look over
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS2C-1619 ? I believe Axis2/C
lacks hostname validation when using SSL/TLS but I would like to be
certain before having a CVE number assigned.
