Reminder: 5.5.4 release today 1900h GMT...

... so please finish committing by then, and update the changelog with
your latest stuff if you've yet to do so.

The release will be a tentative alpha, and a stability vote will take
please next week.

Can someone with access to the Servlet and JSP TCKs please run them on
5.5.4 once it's released?

One final side note: I'd like to release 5.0.30 next week, time TBD.  If
you have an issue with that let's hear it ;)
