   ## Summary
   This MR adds improves the ESP32 GPIO interface with the capability of configuring the pad's drive strength.
   
   ## Impact
   The default behavior is maintained, should have no impact to ESP32 users.
   
   ## Testing
   `esp32-wrover-kit:gpio`
