ivyde svn repository down?

Is ivyde svn repository down?
I keep getting errors when I try to update.

$ svn up
svn: OPTIONS of
'https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/ant/ivy/ivyde/trunk': could not
connect to server (https://svn.apache.org)
