This discussion should be moved to the derby dev list.

Is it possible you could send the failure reports to this list,
especially the ones for 10.1, as I don't think 10.1 has changed much
from 10.0.2.1 and so should continue to work.

Or would it be better to discuss this on a hibernate list, or both?
