LDAP Authentication Handler

Hi,

Is anyone working on an LDAP authentication handler for CouchDB? I  
haven't been able to find anything via Google. If no one else is  
working on one, I may take on the task. I'm also interested in a CAS  
authentication handler, but I'm looking at LDAP first.

is there any news on the LDAP Authentication Handler?! I'd love to hear about
anything in that direction!

I haven't heard of anyone putting in the effort to get an LDAP
connector but I have heard interest in having one available so the
effort would be appreciated.
