Announcement: 1st San Diego Hadoop Users Group meeting on January 28,
2009
Live in San Diego/Southern California and want to get together and talk
Hadoop/HBase/Mahout/Zookeeper/Thrift/Cloud/Pig/HBase/etc?
If so, please join us for the first San Diego Hadoop Users Group meeting
that will officially kick-off on January 28, 2009.
The agenda is still TBD, but will include:
- Introductions; exchanging information on our interest in Hadoop and
related technologies
- Establishing agenda for the next few meetings
- Information exchange: tips, tricks, problems we run into and open
discussion
- Possible speaker TBD (interested in volunteering? Contact me to sign up)
