RemoteDelivery will do TLS host name verification when contacting remote mail servers.
The RemoteDelivery mailet configuration gets a new property verifyServerIdentity for this, enabled by default.
This is mostly a cherry-pick from master, I just had to adjust the upgrade-instructions.md.
