Not a new problem, I observe a similar effect with  "Ooo 3.1.1 German WIN7 Home
Premium (64bit) DE [OOO310m19 (Build 9420)]" for "Ultrafine 2 dots 3 dashes",
what looks as if that would be a dotted line, because first dash is only shown
as short dot. 

I agree with Armin's analysis.

It's a general legend problem for all  2-style lines.
