There are some tasks to do to tidy up after the blueprint 0.2.1 and 0.3.1 releases.
* upload 0.3.1 artifacts to /www/www.apache.org/dist/aries
* upload 0.2.1 artifacts to /www/archive.apache.org/dist/aries
* remove blueprint 0.3 artifacts from /www/www.apache.org/dist/aries (they're already in the archive).
* update the current release page to point to blueprint 0.3.1 instead of 0.3
* ensure the archived releases page has a list of the blueprint 0.3 and blueprint 0.2.1 released artifacts
